Designed and developed a location-based dairy eCommerce platform with role-based access, daily and weekly subscriptions, delivery management, and secure delivery verification.

SK Dairy Vasudha approached us to build a complete digital platform for managing and delivering fresh dairy products within a specific service area. The solution needed to support different user roles, simplify recurring dairy orders, manage deliveries efficiently, and provide a secure way to confirm that products were successfully delivered. We designed and developed a full-stack MERN application with four role-based dashboards: Admin, Customer, Wholesaler, and Delivery Partner. Each role has dedicated permissions and workflows, allowing users to access only the features relevant to their responsibilities. The platform enables customers to browse dairy products, place one-time orders, and subscribe to daily or weekly product deliveries. The Admin dashboard provides centralized control over products, users, subscriptions, orders, service areas, and delivery operations. Wholesalers can manage their assigned products and order-related activities, while Delivery Partners can view assigned deliveries and update delivery progress. Customers can manage their orders, subscriptions, delivery details, and account information through a simple and responsive interface. To improve delivery accuracy and accountability, we implemented a verification-code-based delivery confirmation system. After a product is delivered, the customer provides the verification code, allowing the Delivery Partner to securely confirm successful delivery within the platform. The final result is a scalable dairy commerce system that combines online ordering, recurring subscriptions, role-based operations, localized delivery management, and secure delivery verification in one integrated platform.

The Challenge

The client needed a centralized platform to manage dairy products, recurring subscriptions, customer orders, wholesalers, and delivery operations within a specific service area. The system required separate access and permissions for multiple user roles while ensuring that recurring deliveries could be managed accurately and verified securely.

Our Solution

We developed a custom MERN-stack platform with four role-based dashboards, localized service-area support, dairy product management, one-time and subscription-based ordering, daily and weekly delivery schedules, order tracking, delivery assignment, and verification-code-based delivery confirmation.
